Draft-Cad Inc creates comprehensive drawing packages including BOMs that ensure streamlined and economical manufacturing and assembly. We have extensive knowledge of GD&T and will always apply it appropriately. Our team is well versed with industry best practices and we ensure that we meet our customer’s high standards. Through decades of experience working closely with vendors, we have developed our team’s expert knowledge of manufacturing challenges and process capabilities. We routinely carry out tolerance stack-up studies to ensure assemblies come together seamlessly, applying rigorous peer-checking processes to produce drawings that are error free.
Prototyping – 3D Printed / Shop Manufactured Prototypes for a Quick Turnaround
3D printing is the fastest & cheapest way to create quick proof of concepts (POCs) that allow our clients to see the final product before it goes to production, and to make changes or tweak features with minimal costs. We have built a variety of prototypes using a wide range of rapid build methods, including: additive manufacturing (3D printing) and machining, welding, urethane molding, laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication, casting and hand-built mock-ups.
